Ordering software products by phone or e-mail

Phone and e-mail purchases from inside the United States

To purchase any product, you may send e-mail to sales@johntdow.com or call toll free 866-JTDSOFTware.
I prefer payment by credit card. I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. I will accept credit card information by phone or e-mail.
However, I will gladly accept a purchase order or check if necessary. (Many municipalities and educational institutions require purchase orders or invoices with payment by check.)
Make checks out to "Software Services and Products" and send to 6560 Rosemoor Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217-3026.
Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Include your first and last names, your e-mail address so I can deliver the software, and a telephone number I can use to reach you in case there's a problem with e-mail.
Let me know if you require an invoice. If so, I will send a Word document containing an invoice when I deliver the software by e-mail.
You of course need to indicate what product you are ordering. If ordering the QAWin Compatibility Patch, click here and answer the questions to determine the actual version of Q&A for Windows that you have (e.g. 4.0, 4.01, or 4.06), then call or send an e-mail to place the order and be sure to tell me which version you have.

Phone and e-mail purchases from outside the United States

Credit cards are the best form of payments from outside the US.
If you send money to my account, my bank and your bank will charge fees totaling as much as $50 USD.
If you send a check that's not drawn on a US bank, my bank will charge me fees totaling as much as $30 USD.
A credit card costs you nothing and costs me the same as if you were just down the street.
If you cannot use a credit card, send an e-mail to sales@johntdow.com and I will let you know what amount to send.
