| DTFUTIL ensures conditions are ready for your product to run.

| This program is for vendors who ship their product to multiple customers
or sites. Its purpose is to cut down on support calls caused by failures
due to "environmental" issues, such as inadequate memory.

| It is designed to be run during installation of your product, when upgrading
your product, or even every time Q&A is started. Based on a parameter
file, it will check for things such as sufficient memory and sufficient
disk space. It will also check CONFIG.SYS to make sure there's a
valid EMM386 RAM statement. It will check to see that Q&A itself
is the latest version (Q&A version 4). Finally, if everything
is ok, it can start Q&A.
