Run "My Computer" and open the "C:\QAWIN" folder.

If Q&A was not installed here, open the appropriate folder instead.

If you don't know where it is, you can search for qawin.exe.

Look through the list of files to find "qawin.exe".

On your computer, it may only be displayed as "qawin".

(Whether you can see the "exe" depends on how your computer is configured.)

Right click on it.

Select "Properties" from the menu that appears.

Look at the "Modified" date.

Now scroll down to your language, find the Modified Date in the table, and then click the ORDER button on the right. You will then be taken to a page where you enter your name, phone number, and other information. After you submit the order, you will receive an e-mail from Verisign confirming your order. You will receive an e-mail from me with instructions for downloading and installing the patch. During normal working hours I usually respond within minutes
